About the Role
Responsibilities: As an Ice Cream Scooper, you'll be the face of Ike's. Your main responsibilities include:
1. Scooping Magic: Master the art of scooping ice cream with finesse. Whether it's a classic vanilla cone or a wild blueberry swirl, you'll create picture-perfect scoops that make our customers' hearts skip a beat.
2. Customer Delight: Greet customers with a smile and sprinkle kindness on top. Answer their flavor questions, recommend toppings, and ensure they leave with a scoop of happiness.
3. Tidy Toppings: Keep the toppings bar looking spiffy. From rainbow sprinkles to hot fudge rivers, maintain a colorful and inviting display.
4. Cash Register Charm: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. No need to be a math wizard, but basic counting skills are a plus!
5. Team Spirit: Work harmoniously with fellow scoopers and the rest of the Ike's team. We're a tight-knit crew, and teamwork makes the dream work.
Requirements
● Passion for ice cream (bonus points if you dream about it!)
● Friendly, outgoing personality
● Ability to stand for extended periods (those scoops won't scoop themselves!)
● Willingness to learn and adapt
● Availability during weekends and holidays (because ice cream cravings know no calendar)
